ReeferTechPro is a professional diagnostic reference tool designed to assist qualified refrigeration technicians servicing Thermo King and Carrier transport refrigeration units. The App provides alarm code lookup, AI-powered chat diagnostics, voice-based queries, and AI-generated technical diagrams.
All information provided by ReeferTechPro, including alarm codes, troubleshooting steps, wiring diagrams, and AI-generated responses, is for informational and educational purposes only. The App does not replace manufacturer service manuals, official training, or the professional judgment of a certified technician.
Always refer to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) documentation and follow all applicable safety procedures before performing any service or repair work.
The App uses xAI's Grok, a third-party AI service, to generate responses, voice answers, and technical diagrams. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should always verify AI suggestions against official service documentation before acting on them.
Refrigeration systems operate under high pressure and involve hazardous refrigerants, high-voltage electrical components, and moving parts. Improper servicing can result in serious injury or death. Only qualified, trained personnel should perform service and repair work on refrigeration equipment.
ReeferTechPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the information provided will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReeferTechPro, its developers, and contributors shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, equipment failures, or losses arising from the use or misuse of this application or the information it provides.

The App uses xAI's API for AI features. Your use of AI features is also subject to xAI's terms and policies. ReeferTechPro is not responsible for xAI's services, uptime, or data handling beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
